The founder/Chairman of the Group, Mian Javaid Saleem laid the foundation of the group in 1970 with self motivation, business acumen and strategic planning. He established an advertising company, MAC Advertisers. For coming out with outstanding product, Mian Javaid Saleem was awarded the 3rd prize by the sponsors of Islamic conference in 1974. In later years, he set out to London where he laid the foundation of Alpine Group LLC, assisted by his dedicated team, he concluded various investment ventures abroad and brought several multimillion dollar investment ventures in Pakistan.

Mian Sheraz Javaid is a dynamic business leader who can rightly be called as an acronym of creativity and innovation, intellect and intuition, power of imagination and might of golden dream. In his so youthful age he demonstrates rare leadership qualities and exceptional business flair. He is a dual degree holder – Civil Engineering and law. MSJ is responsible for providing strategic leadership of Asset Plus by working with its Board of Directors and the executive management team. He establishes implements and over-sees the long range goals, strategies, plans and policies; carries out the strategic goals and objectives; provides overall leadership and vision in developing strategic direction of Asset Plus, and in developing the tactics and business plans necessary to realize revenue and earnings growth. He manages the overall business to ensure strategic and business plans effectively executed, the results are monitored, and financial and operational objectives attained. MSJ shapes and drives the direction of the overall media business unit.
Operations Director
Mian Imran Javaid is a young graduate from University of Westminister, and is taking care of the entire operations of Asset Plus. His basic objective is to lead improvement efforts for various processes that result in innovative and improved methods of acquiring new business and retaining existing business. Mian Imran Javaid manages communication needs among key stakeholders and provides in-depth consultative influence and technical expertise on an array of performance and improvement issues. He lead complex projects as needed to support ease of doing business and operational excellence initiatives.
Marketing & Sales Director
Mian Farhan Javaid is MSc Marketing from Brunel University. As Director of sales for Asset Plus, Mian Farhan Javaid’s primary responsibility is to manage the global sales efforts of the company. He has led Asset Plus sales team for over 2 years. As a dynamic leader, he helped to grow Asset Plus into one of the most successful media organization. In his current role, he is focused on further growing the Asset Plus portfolio in the performance marketing space.
